Attacks, bombs and gunfire sound,

Is it human killing humanity?

Or society preparing a battleground?

Reflect upon yourself,

To get an answer profound!

Floods and quakes making the ground,

Is it nature’s fury being witnessed?

Or sins of past getting crowned?

Reflect upon yourself,

To get an answer profound!

Poor getting poorer and rich making pounds,

Is government deaf and dumb?

Or rich had made them spellbound?

Reflect upon yourself,

To get an answer profound!

Tolerance lost and intolerance found,

Is it for political vendetta?

Or people actually feel bound?

Reflect upon yourself,

To get an answer profound!

Let’s stop getting influenced,

Let the real picture unbound,

Prevent your thoughts from getting impound,

By the few, who seem to be unsound,

Let peace prevail in the world,

And let sensible voices get a sound!
